Lounge

The lounge features freestanding two- and three-seater sofas with loose back and scatter cushions, complemented by an ottoman footstool with convenient storage. A TV unit provides storage, TV provision, and Sky TV cabling, along with an additional high-level TV point. A contemporary 2kW electric Optiflame® stove creates a stylish feature fire, complete with a mirror above the fireplace. The interior is finished with contemporary framed wall artwork, stainless steel spotlights, and white slatted wooden blinds for a modern, comfortable feel.

Kitchen/Dining

The kitchen features shaker-style doors with Sand Grey Calvia Stone laminate worktops and a matching splashback. It comes complete with a fitted under-counter gas oven, a five-burner gas hob with a central wok burner and electronic ignition, and soft-close drawers for smooth operation. An integrated wine rack, externally vented cooker hood, and an integrated microwave oven add style and convenience, while an integrated fridge and freezer provide ample storage. The sink area includes a white cast resin bowl and a drainer with a brass tap. NEW plinth and under-counter lighting illuminate the space, and a freestanding dining table with four chairs is complemented by a NEW decorative dining pendant light, creating a modern and inviting kitchen and dining area.

Main Bedroom

The bedroom features a king-size lift-up bed with a padded headboard and a Duvalay™ Alba-Ortho mattress for comfort and support. Ample storage is provided with bedside units, over-bed cupboards, wardrobes, and a chest of drawers. Wall-mounted bedside lights add convenience, while a dressing table with mirror, lighting, and additional storage offers practicality and style. A window seat and TV panel with a credenza drawer unit complete the space, with a TV socket and Co-Ax connection plus booster ensuring easy entertainment setup.

Twin Bedroom

The twin bedrooms feature padded headboards and Duvalay™ Alba-Ortho mattresses, with 3ft-wide mattresses in all twin rooms except the 13ft model. Each room includes a wall-mounted bedside light and bedside table, along with a dressing table with a mirror, lighting, and additional storage. A single wardrobe provides extra storage, and nature-inspired wall artwork adds a calming, decorative touch.

Washroom

The main washroom and en suite feature a shower cubicle with a thermostatic shower, topper, and LED downlights. Both bathrooms include a dual flush WC, white heated towel rails, and a vanity storage unit with mirror and lighting. Additional side storage is provided with a cupboard, while the main washroom also benefits from an extractor fan and a shaver socket for convenience.
