Provence is a charming rural retreat, available in both a two and three bedroom layout.  The Provence offers a calming countryside escape. Available in two models, the Provence Bay features a panoramic bay window, while the Provence Outlook includes a full height front window with an alternative lounge configuration. Lounge

The living area features freestanding three- and two-seater sofas with loose back and scatter cushions, with the three-seater incorporating a fold-out occasional bed. A coffee table with upholstered footstools completes the seating area, along with a contemporary 2kW electric Optiflame® stove feature fire. There is a corner TV unit with storage, TV points with co-ax and 240V sockets suitable for wall- or stand-mounted televisions, and a framed wall picture and mirror positioned above the fire.

Kitchen/Dinning

The kitchen is fitted with shaker-style cupboards featuring soft-close doors and drawers, complemented by Sand Grey Calvia Stone 40mm laminate worktops and a metal splashback. Cooking facilities include a glass-fronted oven and grill with electronic ignition, a four-burner gas hob with electronic ignition, and an externally vented cooker hood. Integrated appliances include an 800W microwave oven and a fridge/freezer, along with a convenient under-sink waste bin. The kitchen also features a white cast resin sink bowl and drainer with a brass tap. The dining area is completed with a freestanding dining table and chairs.

Main Bedroom

The bedroom features a double lift-up bed with a feature headboard and a Duvalay™ Aurora mattress. Storage is provided by a double wardrobe, overhead cupboards, and bedside tables. There is also a dedicated vanity area with a mirror, along with a TV socket and co-ax connection.

Twin Bedroom

The twin bedrooms feature twin beds with feature headboards and Duvalay™ Aurora mattresses. One of the twin bedrooms includes a Gazunda bed for extra space, which stores under the other bed when not in use (in the two-bed model). Storage is provided with a single wardrobe, overhead cupboards, and a bedside table, and each room is equipped with TV sockets and a co-ax connection.

Washroom

The main washroom features a shower cubicle with a thermostatic shower and a dual flush WC. It includes LED vanity spotlights, a mirrored vanity cabinet, and a Truffle Brown splashback. Additional features include an extractor fan and a shaver socket for convenience.
